CMI700 Cu Thickness Tester introduction:
The CMI 700 can be used to measure surface copper and through hole copper thickness for PCB. This highly scalable benchtop thickness gauge system uses both microresistance and eddy current methods to achieve accurate and accurate measurements of copper thickness on the surface and inside the hole.
CMI700 Function:
Function 1.Measuring PCB surface copper (microresistance principle)
Equipped with SRP-4 probe and standard plate, using the principle of microresistance, large area or small copper foil thickness can be measured.
Measuring range :1-300um
Function 2, Measuring PCB hole copper (eddy current and microresistance principle)
Equipped with ETP probe and standard plate,measure the copper thickness in the PTH hole of the PCB board
