Hitachi CMI500(CMI511) Cooper thickness tester:
CMI500 is used for PCB hole copper thickness measurement, real-time display of measurement data, non-destructive measurement, effectively avoid slicing damage to PCB products, reduce slicing measurement time, save working time and costs, and well control product quality.
At the same time, it has a unique statistical and report generation software, which can directly transfer measurement data and statistical data to the computer through the RS232 interface, leaving valuable quality control data. It is an important test tool for electroplating copper.
Feature of CMI500 tester:
1. Apply eddy current testing technology. The electromagnetic wave is released by the probe during measurement. When the magnetic field cuts the metal layer, the magnetic field changes, and the copper thickness of the hole wall is calculated by calculating this change.
2. The measurement is not affected by the inner layer of the PCB, even double-layer or multi-layer PCB, even in the case of tin or tin/lead protective layer, can also work well.
3. The probe adopts temperature compensation technology, which can measure the copper thickness of the hole in time even if the PCB is just collected from the plating tank.
4. It has been calibrated before out of original factory.
5. Instrument special holster with transparent plastic window, no need to take the instrument out of the holster when using.
6. The instrument automatically shuts down after no operation for 1 minute to save power
7. Equipped with RS-232 port, data can be downloaded to the computer after installing the software
