How to measure the cooper thickness on PCB manufacturing?

In PCB manufacturing , it's important to measure the Cu thickness for different process. Today we list some Hitachi(Oxford) CMI series instrument which are commonly used on Cu thickness testing.

CMI95: It's also called Copper classification tester, used for quickly measure Cu thickness by indicator light, normally used on CCL(Cooper clad laminate).

CMI165: It's a handhold instrument for surface cooper testing, the copper thickness is measured by a four-pin probe using the principle of microresistance.

CM500: it's a handhold instrument for PTH hole Cu thickness testing, test the Cu thickness by ETP probe and show the value on the LED screen.

CMI700: It's a desktype instrument for surface Cu and PTH Hold Cu thickness testing, equipped with ETP and SRP-4 probe makes the measurement for easily and accurate.
